Delivery & Returns
Clearance or Final Price items are considered final, as-is and ineligible for return or exchange.
Your product may be covered by a manufacturer warranty, if so, the warranty only covers manufacturer defects or flaws. Warranty coverage may be denied for:
- Items that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be free of any material or workmanship defects or flaws
- Items evidencing excessive use, misuse or alteration
- Size and style selection complaints
- Improper care or storage
- Alterations or customization
- Items that were purchased second hand, or from an unauthorized seller
- Items outside of the covered warranty period
All orders are processed and shipped as follows:
- Orders received before 2:00 PM EST – Processed and shipped the same day
- Orders received after 2:00 PM EST – Processed and shipped the following business day
Orders are only processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Free shipping is offered and available for all orders in the contiguous United States and Canada.
The estimated shipping times depend upon the customers location (typically 5-7 days max) and tracking information will be provided once the item is scheduled to be shipped.
Free shipping is not provided for any international orders and will be calculated upon checkout.
Due to the complexity and expedited process of order fulfillment and shipping address corrections must be communicated as soon as possible to customer service.
Address corrections may be subject to a n order change fee of $15 and even then, there are no guarantees that the change can be made in time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please contact customer service immediately if a damaged shipment is received or your tracked order is showing as delivered but has not been received.
Returns & Exchanges
Domestic Return & Exchange
Our hope is that you are always 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event there is an issue, your purchase may be returned or exchanged provided it is still in new condition (e.g. no stains, rips or tears), with the original packaging (e.g. including all accessories, attached tags, etc.*) and returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the product.
International Return Policy
Our international customers receive the same return and exchange benefits with the exception of being responsible for return shipping fees and the possibility of being charged additional VAT or duties by their respective localities when a return or exchange is processed.
Once your return has been received a refund or store credit will be issued. If you have not received your refund or store credit after 2 weeks you may contact customer service at email@example.com.
Missing or Damaged Package
Tigerose is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
